Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shila Lab website (the "Service"), operated by 2V HUB PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 202441147N), with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 ("Shila", "we", "us", "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Shila Lab is a free library of AI SEO prompts organized by use case, with optional gamification (XP, levels, badges) for registered users. Some prompts require sign-in to be viewed in full.
We may add, change, or remove prompts and features at any time.
2. Accounts
To copy prompts, save favourites, and earn XP, you need a free account. You can sign up with email and password, or with Google.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information you provide
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity that happens under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service in bulk for re-publication
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, defame, or impersonate anyone
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the platform's security
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service except through any official API we may provide
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual property
Our platform
The Shila Lab platform itself, including the design system, code, branding, structure, organisation of the prompt library, written copy outside the prompts themselves, and the gamification mechanics, is owned by Shila and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or resell the platform.
The prompts
The prompts are provided as tools you may freely use in your own AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) for your own commercial or personal SEO work, including for your clients. You may adapt them and integrate them into your workflows.
You may not, however, repackage the prompt library — in whole or as a substantial part — as a competing product, course, or paid resource.
Your content
Anything you produce by running the prompts in an AI tool is yours, subject to the terms of the AI tool you used.
5. Disclaimer: no SEO results guaranteed
The prompts are tools. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control: your website, your market, search engine updates, the AI tool you use, and how you apply the output. We make no guarantee that using these prompts will produce specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shila and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free Service is S$0.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your access to the Service ends. Sections 4 (Intellectual property), 5 (Disclaimer), 6 (Limitation of liability), 9 (Governing law) and any clause that by its nature should survive will survive termination.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the Service or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If you don't agree, close your account.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring action in the courts of your country of residence.
Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us first, so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. EU-based consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
